Features
High sensitivity mini-spectrometers using a
back-thinned CCD image sensor as the detector.
Their sensitivity is about two orders of magnitude
higher than mini-spectrometers using a CMOS or NMOS linear image sensor.
This makes these mini-spectrometers ideal for
low-light-level photometry such as fluorescence measurement.
