mini-spectrometers and a cooled type mini-spectrometer which realises low noise
measurement are available.
The cooled type includes TG-cooled NIR-I having spectral response
range to 1700 nm and TG-cooled NIR-II extending to 2200 nm (integrated with
HAMAMATSU IR-enhanced InGaAs linear image sensor).
