NEW UV Sensor SG01S-B18

TOCON_nano Ultraviolet PhotodiodeThe SG01S-B18 sensor is the new, improved version of the now obsolete SiC sensor EryF* and can be used for measuring UV Index (UVI).

 Erythema-curve compliance

 Active Area A = 0.054 mm², TO18 hermemtically sealed housing

 10mW/cm² radiation at peak results a current of approx 660nA

 1 UVI (UV-Index) results in a current of approx 165pA
